Welcome to the CSEE&T 2007 paper submission and review web site.

- Authors
As an author, you can submit an abstract for a paper that you intend to submit, using
the abstract submission interface. The system will provide you with a paper id
and a password. You will then be able to access the paper submission interface to
upload the file of your complete paper.

- Reviewers
As a reviewer, you can access the reviewing interface, download
papers for review and submit and update your reviews.
